Kootingal Motor Club member, Gordon Vidler, will man his wood-turning lathe at the Dungowan Fair & Old Machinery Day, and work on some of his current projects during the day for the general public to view. As well as restoring old Stationary Engines and making all our Club trophies, Gordon has a keen interest in both wood work and metal work. He makes a wide range of articles to a high standard and will have these items for sale on the day. The lathe he uses is believed to have been made (probably in England) 80-90 years ago and was given to him by his wife's uncle many years ago.
